Hello there,

The Liverpool Echo was contqacted some time ago about Phil Foster and his modelling agency
there have been several stories in the ECHO since then which I hope you have been reading avidly!
if you haven't then you can check them out on www.icliverpool.com the authorities are now closing in on Foster and trading standards need your help to catch him investigators need the following information from would-be models.

* What happened, where, when and how.
* Photocopies of any paperwork or receipts Foster provided.
* Outline of what Foster promised customers and what was delivered.
Letters, which should be signed and dated with the complainant's full
contact details, should be sent to:

Foster Investigation, Trading Standards, Regeneration, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool, L22DH.

should you wish to play your part you need to do the above sooner rather than later
I know trading standards officers are looking forward to hearing from you
